The system that runs every project we deliver.
We built our own platform instead of stitching five tools together. It manages this entire website, every client, every project phase and every support ticket — and it feeds your client account live, as we work.
Most agency updates describe last week.
The usual way
- A spreadsheet, a chat group and a folder of documents
- You ask for an update, someone stops working to write it
- By the time it reaches you it is already out of date
- The client version and the internal version drift apart
With JoSequal
- The plan, the work and the reporting are one thing
- Progress updates itself as deliverables are ticked off
- Your account shows today, not last Thursday
- One project, one board, with a visibility switch
One control room for the whole studio.
Content, clients, delivery and support in a single system — so nothing lives in someone's inbox.
Website content
Every page, section and line of copy on this site — in English and Arabic — is edited here. Add a service and its landing page is generated automatically.
Projects & phases
Each project breaks into phases, phases into deliverables, deliverables into tasks. Progress is calculated from what is actually ticked off — never typed in by hand.
Client accounts
Create an account and connect it to a client's projects. They sign in and see their own work, and nothing else.
Weekly reports
Write the week's status once. Publish it and it lands in the client's account as a document they can download and forward.
Notes & checklists
Working notes per project with formatted text, checklists, and image attachments pinned to individual checklist items.
Questions
When a project needs a decision or an asset from the client, it is raised as a tracked question instead of an email that gets buried.
Support desk
Tickets carrying the affected URL, a screenshot, a priority and the full reply history — visible to both sides.
Team planning
A Sunday-to-Thursday planner assigning work per person per day, with past weeks kept rather than discarded.
Your board and our board are the same board.
This is the difference between a status email and a system. There is no client copy being kept in sync with an internal one — there is a single project, and a visibility switch on each item that decides what reaches you.
Live progress, not a snapshot
The percentage in your account is calculated from the deliverables our team ticks off. When a task closes here, your bar moves there. Nobody has to publish anything.
Signal, not our task list
Every phase and item carries a visibility switch. Internal scaffolding stays hidden; the milestones that actually matter to you are shown. You get the story, not the noise.
Reports become records
A weekly report written here is published to your account as a document — something you can download and forward to your board, not a message that scrolls away.
Questions and tickets run both ways
A question we raise appears in your account. A ticket you raise appears in ours — same priority, same status, same history on both sides.
What you get because we own the software.
Nothing falls between tools
Content, projects, reports and support live in one system — so nothing drops into the gap between a chat app, a spreadsheet and an inbox.
It changes when you need it to
We built it, so when a client needs a field, a report or a view that does not exist yet, we add it — instead of waiting on someone else's roadmap.
Your visibility is not an afterthought
The client account was designed alongside the internal tools rather than bolted on afterwards. Same data, one switch, no second system to keep in sync.
Want this level of visibility on your project?
Every JoSequal client gets an account on it from day one — there is nothing to set up and nothing extra to pay.
